EVP at Bain Capital | Value Creation Architect
I transform complex operational challenges into sustainable growth for global portfolios. From Harvard Mechanical Engineering to the boardrooms of Private Equity, my career is defined by the grit to engineer solutions where others see dead ends.

Driving Operational Excellence

First-generation success story
and advocate

My journey didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in public schools with a fascination for how things work. That curiosity led me to Harvard University, where I trained as a Mechanical Engineer to solve structural problems.Today, I apply that same 'engineering mindset' to the world’s most complex business portfolios. At Bain Capital, I lead teams that dismantle operational bottlenecks and rebuild them for scale. I don’t just manage value; I engineer it.
Operational Alpha: Implementing rigorous frameworks to optimize EBITDA and drive long-term efficiency across diverse portfolio companies.Strategic Scalability: Guiding global teams through the "growth chasm," ensuring systems and CX functions evolve alongside revenue.Board-Level Governance: Providing the strategic oversight and fiduciary discipline required to navigate high-stakes exits and turnarounds.

My most important 'portfolio' is at home. As a mother to twin boys—one of whom is a person with special needs—I have become a fierce advocate for inclusive education and public school reform.I believe that the same principles of resource optimization and persistent advocacy that win in Private Equity should be available to every family navigating the special needs system. I am on a mission to ensure that 'potential' is never limited by a lack of access.
Whether it’s a strategic board inquiry, a speaking engagement on operational value creation, or advocacy for inclusive education—I’m always looking to partner with those who move the needle
